URGENT I was in Ottawa yesterday and today meeting with members of the Senate and House of Commons, trying to respectfully point out how out of control our Peoples' Public Servants are by showing them supporting evidence. On almost a daily basis, new evidence keeps surfacing on how our Peoples' Public Servants attempt to conspire to violate the civil and property rights of sovereign individual Canadians. Just look at two of this week's examples. Why would any citizen trust any police or regulatory Public Official knowing that other citizens are being attacked in these ways. The 14 Characteristics of a Fascist/Socialistic Police State are quite clearly identified in an article written on November 4, 2004 by Lawrence Britt [See Exhibit 1]. The definition of fascism is quite clear [See Exhibit 2]. The tyranny of the socialistic left whether called Communism, Liberalism, Socialism, etc is also quite clear as indicated in an article written in The Coastal Post, October, 1995 [See Exhibit 3]. [1] Mr. Adam Nobody was gang attacked by over 10 armed and trained Police during the GTA G-20 Black Day in June and Mr. Bill Blair, Chief of Police mislead the media and public several times trying to blame the victim for what happened to him. [See Exhibits 4]. [2] A Major Mark Tijssen is being harassed over butchering his own livestock [See Exhibits 5]. I have been asking you to Judge whether our Province of Ontario and Canada in general has become a Fascist/Socialistic Police State? If you are concerned about this issue and do not want your Province and country to be a Fascist/Socialistic Police State we need you to join us now and in every way possible work with our GIA BeeHive Freedom teams, locally, regionally and nationally. We have the power to stop these atrocities and to hold to accounting all of our Peoples' Public Servants, starting with stopping new Bad legislation such as the Canadian Bill C-36, which was debated in Third Reading in the Canadian Senate yesterday. We need you to immediately send by e-mail to all Senators and MPs the E-Mandate Protest Action letters on one or more of the following websites and PLEASE donate and/or become an active member. There is much that we can do together to hold our Public Employees to accountability in accordance with the ancient De Jure English Rule of Private Common Law. Remember, we not only own the vast maze of sole and aggregate corporations that compose our governments, but we finance all of them and they only have power at our pleasure. They governed by implied and expressed contractual consent with all of the individual citizens of our great country. In order to continue generating sufficient Citizens' E-Protests to stop the Totalitarian Bill C-36 in the Canadian Senate today, it is important that you circulate this as widely as possible within your social networks. Please review our newest critic of Bill C-36 and our twelve questions to ask your MP and Senator [See Exhibits 7 & 9] and then follow the following steps to generate as many e-Protest action letters as possible. Let the People speak clearly to all Senators and Members of Parliament. With all of your help we were able to stop Bill C-6 in the Senate last November and December and we can do the same again. We generated over 700,000 individual e-mails in 2009 to convince the Senate to not pass Bill C-6 and we need to do the same again immediately. We do not have as much time this time [See Exhibits 10, 11 & 12].

By subscribing and visiting our website on a weekly basis, you will be able to keep informed enough to constructively take an active role in direct democratic reform through our organizations. It is critical we keep this level of protection up. The draconian Bill C-36 is scheduled for today Wednesday, December 8th, 2010 for debate again in the Canadian Senate [See Exhibit 13 & 14] and THEY are trying to pass it into law today.
